SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

1.0: Shipping Options

elfbarvapez.com offers Standard ground  Shipping on all orders as low as $4.99. The estimated delivery time for completed and paid transactions within the USA is between 4 to 6 days. Customers who wish to expedite shipping have the option to choose a priority shipping 2-3 days delivery at an additional charge of $9.95 or 11% of the total order cost. Customers who wish to have an overnight delivery have the option to choose NEXT DAY shipping at $39 additional cost or 23% of the total order. all orders are shipped with USPS, and customers will receive a tracking number for their package once the shipment is created.

1.1: Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the address information provided is accurate, including city, state and zip code to prevent any error or delays in shipping.  Customers’ shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been shipped out.  It is the customer’s responsibility to review their shipping information before order submission.  Failure to provide accurate shipping information may result in a delay and additional shipping costs. If the customer made a mistake in the shipping address, it is the customer’s liability and responsibility.

2.0 : Return & Exchange 

All sales of tobacco products are final – No return or exchange. If you received a product that is defective, you should contact the manufacturer directly. We understand the frustration regarding the non-responsibility of defective products, but due to the nature of the products and industry, it is standard practice for all vape websites not to bear the responsibility for any defective tobacco products.

2.1: Refunds ( If Applicable) 
Refunds can be requested only if we can not fulfill your order, or we shipped your order to an address that is different than the one you provided. Refunds take 5-9 business days to show on your card.

2.2 Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

2.3 Defective Disposable Vape Policy
There are a number of components in a disposable device that could fail and cause a faulty unit, and the nature of the product means that there is unfortunately not a way for us to thoroughly function and flavor test devices prior to shipment. Sadly, this means that on occasion, our customers may encounter a defective device. Therefore, in the case, if you have any defective product, you should contact the manufacturer directly as elfbarvapez.com does not bear responsibility for defective products.

We understand the frustration regarding the non-responsibility of defective products, but due to the nature of the products and industry, it is standard practice for all vape websites not to bear the responsibility for any defective tobacco products.

2.4 Lost Packages Policy: 

In the case, your package gets lost with the carrier, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier or the post office to open a claim. The information that elfbarvapez.com has about your package, is the same info that is available on the online tracking. We won’t have any other info regarding your package other than what’s available online. In addition, Once we deliver the package to the carrier, we have zero control. Finally, Refunds will not be honored for lost packages.  Refunds will be granted only if we ship your package to an address that is different from the one you provided.
