Vape manufacturers offer NO GUARANTEE on vape devices. Therefore, All tobacco and disposable vape SALES are FINAL. There are NO returns, refunds, or exchanges on disposable vape devices for any reason, defective, lost or otherwise.Â
Shipping Info:
Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12 PM EST (Monday- Friday) – Will be shipped the same day. If you placed an order after 12 PM – It will be shipped the following business day.
Weekend Orders:Â We do not ship orders on weekends. Weekend hours start Friday at 12:01 PM EST, and it ends Monday Morning at 9 AM.
After Shipping:Â Once an order is shipped, we have no control over the shipment. If you have any questions, you should contact the carrier directly.
Shipping Service:Â We offer three types of shipping classes:
*Economy with USPS:Â It takes 5-8 days for delivery after USPS receives the package.
*Priority with USPS:Â It takes 2-4 days for delivery after USPS receives the package.
*UPS next business day (Over Night) :Over Night orders will be shipped the same business day if placed before 12pm EST,or ships next business day if placed after 12pm. We do not ship orders on weekends. Weekend hours start Friday at 12:01 PM EST, and it ends Monday Morning at 9 AM.
Shipping Confirmation:Â Once your order is shipped, you will receive a text message that includes your tracking info and a picture of the shipping label and products purchased. An email with the tracking info is automatically sent to the email used when placing the order once your order is fulfilled.
Shipping Cost:Â The Price/Cost of Shipping is based on the total order value and destination, varying from one order to another.
Estimation of Delivery :Â Please note that these days are estimated delivery times provided by the carrier. However, we do not have control over carrier operations.
Lost Package: In the event that a package is lost with the carrier, it’s the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier for claim/Compensation.
